Jenny Saladino, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do”- Brené Brown
Choosing to become the best possible version of yourself is a scary but exciting decision! Jenny believes that therapy is an opportunity to explore our best selves in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Therapy allows us the space to explore who we want to be and discuss the best way to live your most authentic life. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, or adjusting to a life change, Jenny would love to be your cheerleader to explore life’s changes.
Jenny’s Clinical Experience
Jenny specializes in working with adolescents and young adults who are facing mental health concerns, ranging from anxiety and depression to life transitions. She works from a person-centered perspective that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to form a framework based around the client’s needs and meeting the client where they are. Jenny believes that change happens from within, but not without giving ourselves the space to process and repair our past first.

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Jenny attended Louisiana State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies with a minor in Child Psychology.
